You will have your own room. All bedding is provided, however you can bring with you your own duvet cover, sheets and pillowcase if you prefer. Please bring with you toiletries, alarm clock and dressing gown. Laundry facilities are available for you to use. You may keep your mobile phone. However, if you feel it would be more beneficial not to have your phone, Carlisle House can keep it securely locked until such times as you need it. Phones are not permitted in any of the group or individual therapy sessions.
