Carlisle House offers a Helpline service from 7am - 12 midnight. This service is offered by experienced staff and provides support and information to individuals with a substance misuse problem, or to a relative of someone with a substance misuse problem. We also offer support and information to professionals seeking to gain a greater understanding of substance misuse issues.

A weekly Information Group offers information and advice regarding substance misuse, information on Carlisle House Treatment Services, and information on other services and help available. This group meets every Tuesday evening at 7pm and is open to anyone wishing to attend.
