post programme support

Carlisle House recognises the importance of support and therapeutic intervention post Programme. A variety of weekly supports are available. To access these the individual must first have completed the Residential Treatment Programme.

ex-resident support group...

The ex-resident support group meets weekly and offers peer support within a safe context. A member of staff facilitates this group.

drug recovery support group...

This support group permits those with drug problems the opportunity to share issues specific to themselves within a safe and secure environment. This tends to be a smaller group and thus permits more personal and therapeutic sharing.

additional support groups...

The additional support group meets weekly and offers the opportunity for those wanting a support group that allows for greater self-exploration. This group will enable you to engage in personal development and self-awareness.

individual counselling...

Individual counselling can continue, on request, following the completion of the Residential Therapeutic Programme. It offers the opportunity to continue personal work in a safe and private environment.

individual reviews...

If you do not wish to continue counselling, individual reviews offer support on a monthly basis.

self help support group...

Friends of Carlisle House is a self help group, established by ex-residents, that offers support within a social context. This group meets twice weekly and organises numerous events throughout the year.
