
who are we?
Carlisle House is a residential substance misuse treatment centre situated near the centre of Belfast. It caters for individuals 18-65 years old, from the greater Belfast area and North Antrim. Carlisle House also welcomes private clients. It offers a range of services, advice and information, treatment programmes, and ongoing support services. Carlisle House was established in 1992 by the Board of Social Witness of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and is a registered charity.
