At the core of Carlisle House is a commitment to a value base of respect, dignity and compassion. The model underpinning our treatment programme is a relational model, employing psycho-social approaches to therapeutic intervention. A strong emphasis is placed on creating a safe environment that will enable individuals to discover their own solutions to their own problems. Experience has taught us that substance use is often a response to other difficulties, therefore we believe it is essential to provide the space to explore this within a social and personal context.
